The goals are simple. We gather as a community of neighbors and crafters for the good and benefit of us all. To have fun. Get to know each other. Hopefully... Make some new friends.

Terms. (most of these are common sense but they have to be on here so we can say we told you so.)
The event is "Rain or Shine." The space fee is not refundable.
The spaces (at this phase of the planning) Will be 10'X10' I doubt that will change any. Might have to do a little wiggle when it comes to the actual everyone setting up. I learned that a practice can turn out to be one thing, the actual event quite a something else.
The space fee is $20.00
You agree that the Church and event staff will be held harmless for
any accidents or injuries during your use of the grounds for this
event.
You agree to conduct yourself in a civilizied manner and agree that
you may be immediately expelled from the event if you do otherwise.
You must register before any payments can be accepted.

Terms Update (1)
The event area will be available for you to arrive and begin setup at 7am. The alley to the West and Center Drive will be available for your use until 8:45am. The East Drive will not be available. Don't want to risk running over the Boy Scouts setting up their food area.
The event will be held outside. We are able to provide space only. You will need to provide awnings, tables, whatever else is your presentation. Please keep in mind that spaces are 10'x10' You can reserve more than one space if you need.
